The Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce is located on First
Avenue and the corner of Roberts Street and was opened
in 1902. You can see all the horse and buggies being used
and how uneven the main street of Ladysmith was. Geering’s
Menwear is further down from the Bank, the one with the fancy
roof with all the dormers.
